Catering
Whether its appetizers & light bites, a full dining experience, or even just cocktails! Let us arrange everything through our favorite vendors. Grazing tables, food trucks, custom buffet style, anything is possible!
Design & Decor
Everything from couches & tables, to dinnerware & florals.. work with us to execute your vision. If we do not currently have it in our personal inventory, we will work with our sister suppliers to meet all your seating and ambiance needs.
Transportation
The walk from the parking spaces to The Back Lot is about 0.2 miles on a dirt road. If you would like for us to acquire golf carts with personal drivers included to take your guests from one to the other, we would be happy to do so. Depending on your head count, we can ensure your guests will have constant access to a ride.
Security
Although we are located in an extremely safe area, and have a significant amount of privacy… we are located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. If you would like personal security at the entrance, it can easily be provided.
Staff
In need of a bartender, server, security guard, or clean up crew? We have you covered. Any staff needed to assist with your event can be booked directly through us. Help is a click away, dear.
Photography
Allow us to capture your event with our favorite & trusted photographers & videographers. We will work directly with you to ensure no moment is missed.
